Dimensions

Our CNC router allows for material size of up to approximately 48”x96”.

Materials

We can router a wide range of materials to differing finish levels and efficiencies. Some of the most common and effective materials we have worked with are: MDF, plywood, acrylic, EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam, and solid wood. Unfortunately, our shop and tooling does not allow us to work with metals, but we have other options if your project demands a metal-like appearance.

Design & file prep

We can work from a variety of file types and formats to communicate your design to the CNC machinery, however AutoCAD DWG files (v2010 or earlier) are preferred to minimize setup time and fees.

We can also work from sketches, example images, and/or other formats of files to translate a concept into a design that can be realized by our router table.

Add a 3-dimensional graphic component to some or all of a wall in your space.

Suspended Ceiling Panels

Create a visually engaging ceiling or add acoustic material to control noise.

Use Knock Out panels for fronting bars, islands or other cabinetry applications.

Sliding Pocket & Closet Doors 

Create a graphic entry to a room or closet by adding panels to slab doors or panel frames.

Showcase your products or materials on displays in a style to match by using Knock Out panels and screens.
